Tea Tour Information

Join us in the picturesque foothills of Boulder, CO, for an engaging factory tour! Discover the journey of tea from raw ingredients to finished products and learn how our wholesome blends are created. You will gain a new appreciation for tea!

Free Tea Sampling: Before or after your tour, indulge in complimentary samples of over 100 tea varieties at our Tea Bar located in the Tour Center. A delightful experience for your taste buds!

Tour Details:

• Cost: $6 per person (participants must be 5 years or older) Additional service fees will be applied at time of booking.
• Duration: Approximately 45 minutes
• Schedule: Tours available Tuesday - Saturday, 10 AM - 4 PM (Closed Sunday and Monday)
• Online reservations required as spots are limited. Reservations are not required for the gift shop or tea sampling.
• Waiver signature is required to participate in tour. All guests must sign a factory tour waiver online. Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in for your tour.

Additional Factory Tour Information and Restrictions

Age Restrictions:

• Children under 5 are not permitted on the factory portion of the tour.
• Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult on the factory portion of the tour.

Dress Code and Personal Items:

• Small clutches (max size 4.5" x 6.5") and outerwear (coats, vests, sweaters) are permitted in the factory. A limited number of lockers are available for personal item storage while on tour.
• Hairnets and beard nets (if applicable) must always be worn in the factory.

Animals:

• No animals, including service animals, are allowed on the factory portion of the tour.
• Food and Beverages:
• No outside food or beverages, including candy, gum, or glass containers, are allowed on the factory portion of the tour.

Photography:

• No photography or video recording is allowed during the tour.

Accessibility:

• Wheelchairs and walkers are welcome; courtesy wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note 30 minutes of the approximately 45-minute tour consists of walking or standing on concrete surfaces.

Prohibited Items:

• Alcohol and illegal substances under Federal law
• Weapons, including toy guns and swords.
• Remote-controlled devices, such as drones and electric skateboards
